You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Services provided by gas45. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide such documentation may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.
The Services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of accessing the Platform. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you are not permitted to use the Services.
By using gas45, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling and betting activities.

To use the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.

gas45 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. You may be required to submit verification documents including a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), a selfie holding your ID, and proof of address. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify gas45 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. gas45 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account information.
gas45 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon bank transfers, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The minimum deposit amount is IDR 50,000. All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name that matches your registered Account information.
Most deposits are processed instantly during normal banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your Account balance. gas45 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account registered during Account creation. The minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000.
gas45 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank's processing times, which typically range from 1 to 3 business days. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional security reviews, which could extend processing times.
gas45 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions and report activities to relevant authorities as required by Indonesian and international law.
gas45 may offer bonuses, promotions, and rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These terms will be clearly stated in the promotion description and must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry wagering requirements ranging from 5x to 40x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 20 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw associated winnings.
gas45 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close Accounts if we determine that a User is abusing the bonus system through fraudulent activity, creating multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, or any other means designed to exploit promotional offers unfairly.
gas45 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for all games and sports markets. These limits may vary by game type, User status, and other factors. We reserve the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.
All sports bets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches, specific settlement rules apply and are available in our FAQ section. gas45 reserves the right to void bets if we determine there was an obvious error in the odds offered.
All casino games and slot machines on gas45 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the outcome is determined. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game where applicable.
Togel betting on gas45 is based on official draw results from Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, and other authorized lottery operators. Draw results are final and binding. In the rare event of a disputed result, the official lottery operator's decision shall prevail.

The gas45 Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. gas45 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gas45 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 90 days preceding the claim.
gas45 is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, including internet connectivity issues, server downtime, software malfunctions, or third-party payment processor errors. In the event of a technical error that affects game outcomes, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
gas45 may suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without notice if:
Upon Account termination, you will lose access to all Services. Any remaining balance in your Account may be withheld if termination was due to fraudulent activity or Terms violation. If termination was for other reasons, you may request withdrawal of your legitimate balance after settling any outstanding obligations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online betting platforms operating in the Indonesia market.
